i feel alone and anxious most of the time and have so much anxiety and im going through something really hard i just want somebody thats going through the same thing in life to help and talk to to help me

My anxiety is high to where I can’t even go places at times and feel alone many times. . I like to challenge and educate myself with some coping skills Like I am not my “thoughts” instead say ( for example)I’m “having” the thought that I don’t matter. .. It separates it from you and You take the power away from it. If that makes sense to you. Hope this helps! Also remember feelings can not be trusted as we all know they change all the time and especially the thoughts that lie to us.Hope this helps!
I learned this and love to share with people this: 1. I am not my thoughts 2. I am not my feelings 3. I am not my moods. 4. I don’t have to believe everything I think( referring to certain thoughts or lies )
Hey kiddo.. I was a little younger than you when I first had my panic attacks.. They ruined my life.. Please don't let them do the same to you.. You need help.. You need to seek some therapy.. You need to find support .. I had a panic attack today at the beach.. Your not alone.. We have to live with these demons.. It's unfair.. But you need to fight them. You can do it.. Find your inner power...
