I'm trying so hard to stay strong. My anxiety just gets so overwhelming, a battle I've been fighting for many years and my anxiety is just getting worse.
My social phobia is extreme, I'm constantly worrying about my physical health and I'm terrified of my future.
I feel like a failure and I wish sometimes I dissappear, I hate admitting that I know that's selfish to say but I thought about that here and there. I'm struggling with my mental health. I'm trying to hang in there. This is a weak and vulnerable moment for me but this is how I'm feeling. I'm just so scared and so I'm tired.

I get like this too, and it's not easy for guys to admit this.
Sometimes I need to talk about it, and I do so here.
.
& Then there's times where I'm just not in the mood to communicate, but I'm still stressed and overwhelmed.
The problem with that is if you keep it bottled up, that's really not good either.
So what I do when I get like that, is try to journal.
Just get everything that is on my mind out on paper.
.
Sometimes (while journaling) I'll come up with a solution as I am journaling, and sometimes there are no answers for that day, but it still felt good getting all of that negativity out of my head and onto the paper.
For guys, (in general) we don't usually like to journal. But when you're overwhelmed and just not in the mood to talk about it, it helps.
Well you have to just try it yourself. I can't answer that for you. It can help, it has helped people. But just try it so you can see if it helps you. Journaling all it costs it some time, see if it helps you.
