Stress of studies

Did the toxic stress of studies cause my mental health problems or due to po*n usage? I took constant stress and overstudied from 5th std to 10th std and 11 th and 12th. Btw I also practiced guitar (am a guitarist) and also hung out with friends when I could. Went to school regularly upto 10 grade. But I wanna find cause idk why.

Still no answer to my questions. Even the two psychiatrists couldn't answer. They just said that one thing cannot have caused all the problems.
