Am I the only one who loves to shop when they re feeling fed up? Im getting better than I used to be but sometimes I spend abit too much.. At the time its great but I think I may be addicted. I have very few vices, but to stop myself I dont even go in a shop or I am so easily tempted!! Im lucky not to be in debt, but still how do you get over the sillyness of buying stuff you dont really need? Is it just the culture do you think? Since covid shut down finished I have been worse!!

Love To Shop
I am currently buying stuff for my Halloween Grotto. Must admit the pickings are rather sparse this year, no werewolves, and everything seems Disney this year. I prefer generic stuff rather than themed. My favourite store for Halloween has just gone bankrupt, so I'm struggling.
I prefer to remember it as it was when I first did it. And the kids seem to enjoy it. It's my fourth year here, and it's blown and rained a hooley each year, so it's a quick set up, and then taking it down and bringing it back in so it seems like it vanished in the night!
Then throw it all into the garage until I can get the batteries etc., out and the lights tidied away, take the wigs off the witches and undress the Reaper! Back into storage for next year!
Cheers, Midori
Oh yes!
Just got most of my candy for the kids, will be stuffing bags for them in the next week or so while I plot out how I am going to set up this year, and hoping the weather will oblige. Mostly it's gale force winds and horizontal rain!
Cheers, Midori
