Try massaging your leg. Maybe your dehydrated? I really wouldn't worry

I’ve been drinking water all day! It comes and goes this feeling in my leg, even when I’m just lying in bed relaxing trying to go to sleep ☹️

I'm sure it's annoying especially when trying to sleep but I sure it's not serious.

The sciatic nerve runs out from your lower spine, around your bum, and down your leg. So too much pressure on it somewhere along the line might make you have that tingly feeling. (I have it right now, from my thigh all the way to the bottom of my heel) as I've been sitting on my bum for far too long) I recommend walking around, less sitting or laying on that side, and try to keep good posture when you do exercise.

Same. When I was pregnant I would get tingly sensations in my legs like they were falling asleep. What HB said was what helped me. Prop those babies up on a pillow, massage those legs, and then let us know how you are doing today :)

it helps with blood flow too ☺️ and it makes it less painful

Hi Littlechopsxo...I totally agree with "ConstantSoothing". Start moving.

Walking around, get that blood circulating. Get your mind on something

else and I bet that feeling goes away. I get that when I sit too long on the

dining room chair. It seems to cut into the back of the thigh causing that

pins and needles sensation. Take care :) xx

hi, I know this was some hours ago but just checking to see how you are? Have also got quite bad health anxiety and had the exact same symptoms. Luckily I was able to access Telehealth who did some health checks and ruled out all the major concerns I was panicked about. Do you have access for to something like that where you are perhaps?

l get it too x are you on any meds?

health anxiety is the devil. Try not to over worry or over think it. If it’s something you’ve never had before and you’d feel better having it assessed nothing wrong with that go for it. But you’re not alone. Def have dealt with that a few times especially during high anxiety. Hope it goes away soon. Hugs.

health anxiety is a b#t#h I suffer with it as well , last week I had that exact same feeling in my left arm , ending up going to the ER fearing the worst heart exam 12 X-rays later , couldn’t find anything wrong , the strange thing was that the next day it was gone 🤷‍♀️Today it’s been something different to worry about 😫 I really hope you feel better soon , I find not thinking about it and deep breathing really helps ❤️

does it hurt? one side or both? maybe sciatica... Either way, try not to worry too much until you can have it check out.

Definitely a good idea to try tele health or something like that. Google is great for certain things😊.., but it can be a rabbit hole for medical stuff

watch Trey Jones’ youtube videos on health anxiety- they will make you laugh- once you hear him talk about his experiences, you will laugh because it’s exactly what we all experience with health anxiety, and hearing it from another perspective makes me realize how ridiculous I can be😂😂

Could it be a symptom of anxiety? I know when my daughter was suffering from anxiety, she had all sorts of strange and unusual symptoms like muscle twitching etc. When I checked the long list of symptoms, I was surprised there were so many odd anxiety symptoms

Have it checked out - I’m currently dealing with a lumbar disc issue and I have similar symptoms.

It could be a Charly horse, sciatica, or neuropathy. I have all 3 in my legs, neuropathy makes your legs and feet tingle. I use rest Tylenol or Advil and heating pad. How u feel feel better soon lol

I have that feeling but it is in my arm. It is a side effect of luvox, the medication I am currently taking.
