Just think how better you will feel that you got out of the house big step 1st step the worst you ll gradually feel more happy has the day goes on wishing you luck xx
Think that today will be a good day. Try to focus on the positives you have in your life. Take things one step at a time, whether it’s work, school or Family life.
I’m getting over a few days of not sleeping well and trying my best to be positive myself. I’m hoping my words to you can help a little. We all are going through some struggle and our support for each other can go a long way. Today I’m going to try and forget all the negative things and focus on the good.

Anxiety is at its worst in the morning. I wake up very anxious and hyperventilate. Try deep breathing.
