Herbs and vitamins that help the brain

I recently found out about Gotu Kola which is found in some teas and can help against Alzheimer’s and promote tranquility. Also jasmine flowers can help fight against Alzheimer’s as can Ginko Biloba, Vitamin Bs, and Omega 3 fish oils.

I wanted to share for those of you interested in improving brain health.

Have you tried taking these supplements? Have they helped you?

On the Gotu Kola I can let you know if I notice a difference or not when I recieve it and have taken it for a while. Honestly It’s hard to say on the rest because I’m not sure what I would feel like without them as I’ve been taking them for years but I feel confident that they must do some good and can’t hurt.
