Hello I have been struggling with Anxiety & Depression for years now. I have cutt my arms. I have true to run out of myself. Many night waking up in the middle if the night ready to run. I built an Amazing career for myself but is not motivated to do anything but scroll all day on IG. I need help, please any help. I also feel at times I am losing my mind. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!

I may not know you but I promise you are loved. Life can be hard but we are in this group because we are experiencing similar (but not the same) battles. I have found huge changes in my life since I deleted Instagram. It does not stay permanently deleted, but I will delete the app sometimes for a day or two and force myself to do things beneficial for my health like sing, journal, cook, go for a walk, etc. I think comparison can be one of the biggest thief’s of joy because I have felt that especially on Instagram like a weight. So often I feel not beautiful and not worthy. But when I cut myself that did not help. I beg you please do not take your sadness out on your self. There are brighter days ahead. We are here for you and I believe in you. Right now right down 3 things that you enjoy. That could be crafting or doing your makeup or working out. When you get down, go do one of those things. Don’t use media as a distraction but do something that doesn’t involve your phone. You are loved, xo

This won't help you and to realise that - to realise what is good for you and what is bad for you - then you can move on baby steps to getting better and getting motivated - a lot of self help youtube and other videos, stories on the internet
