new to the group and seeking any support for my anxiety. It has been a very difficult time as I have been able to deal with my anxiety alone but it may have gotten away from me a bit. Look forward to hearing from others and providing any support I can.

I'm going through anxiety and depression right now. You're not alone and we have to remind ourselves that the things that trigger the anxiety are either not that bad or not realistic. Accept the "what ifs". "What if this happens... then this happens". Doing that has helped me at times. I know how crippling it could be especially at night. You're not alone.

good advice. I have been doing a lot of talking to myself to reassure myself of the facts. It does help but just doesn’t stick this time around. I do go straight to the deep end with all of my thoughts at the moment. I am really trying just has a good hold on me at the moment. Don’t like my wife and kids seeing me like this. Fighting to not lose focus on the things I like to do. It is getting hard. The tricky part this time is that I am going through some medical issues. I have been told all will be fine but my head is not taking that in. Tough
