Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. I'm here looking for insite/support/feedback for my uphill battle with anxiety/depression. Finding a support group has been something long over due for me, I find my mental states effecting many areas of my life and hope to find help so I can have a healthier mental status for my family, friends, and most importantly myself.
