Having a lot of headache. Espessially my forehead. My neck hurts a lot too. I can't think straight. I think it's from tension and being overstimulated in situations normal people aren't. Or just my sinus. But i'm fatigued and tense. Maybe it's from anxiety. I need a receipt for my Clonasepam but my therapist said I need to stop taking it. How am i supposed to stop? My thoughts will get even louder and my sympthoms as well

Why does your therapist want you to stop your medication?
If your other symptoms don’t clear up, I hope you’ll see your doctor. If you have an infection, that might be ine oroblem for which there is a remedy!
Thanks. I really don't know what is going on with me. If it's an infection, there's a cure, but it can be something chronic. Or stress. Idk. And worse that my main doctor is in my home city
I get the same, it must be either a symptom or part of the underlying cause of anxiety and depression. I find vitamin D helps, bit mainly medication.
I hope you feel better soon X
Hello, All of the things you mentioned can definitely cause severe headaches. Sinus, anxiety, neck and shoulder tension are all conducive to headaches for sure
So maybe it's complex
Clonazepam is very addictive. Your therapist probably has decided to take you off of it because of the length of time you have been taking it. If the therapist has not suggested a replacement, make sure to ask. There are other anxiety drugs that are not as addictive as Clonazepam.
Yeah maybe it's smart to find a replace ment instead of being left without anything. Tho psychiatrist is scared to try a new med in my condition
Sorry for your struggling.
Many doctors agree there is a risk to long term use of Clonozepam.
However I am almost positive most doctors advise tapering off the drug gradually depending how long and how much you take.
Please check with your doctor who prescribed it and research how.

Ps - if medicine is required there are other medications which are not as risky for dependence and addiction.
