''No act of kindness is ever wasted'', Today i wanted to gift a cheque to an extraordinary friend who has been a diamond since my husband David died.He has just had a dental crown fitted and i decided to pay for it to show my genuine appreciation. He said he was greatly touched with my kindness but he would not accept a penny. Not many people around like him to be honest, and the amount of time in helping me with things i'm not equipped to do has been something i will be eternally grateful for. Its made me blubber away, and i dont cry easily.

Thats a lovely thing to do. There are some wonderful people around who give so much, so selflessly. And that's something we need to celebrate in these times, when there's so much negativity and unpleasantness around. As you say, a diamond 🤗
