I also suffer from military neck just wondering can it increase your anxiety and depression ....I need a Good Chiropractor

What is military neck? So stiff your neck muscles spasm and headaches ensue?

yes it come from poor neck posture best thing i can tell you is google it too much to explain

Maybe you need a visit to the doctor, perhaps. If you say you need a good chiropractor. I have degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine which is very painful but I see an orthopedist, would not go to a chiropractor. One injured me so bad years ago I had to be taken to an Emergency room. Just my experience. I hope you find relief.
