Hi, I'm so sorry you're feeling scared. It's a completely valid emotion at a time like this. I have been having a runny nose as well, which made me nervous. But I do have allergies, and the seasons are changing. So I looked it up, and a runny nose is actually a very rare symptom of coronavirus. Fever, on the other hand, is a very common symptom, but you said you don't have one. Here is a symptom checker if you are concerned: cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nc...

I would check with your doctor if you are really concerned. As to the persistent thoughts of the virus, it's sadly a side-effect of modern society. Every time I open my phone there is new "breaking news" on the virus, new cases, etc. The modern media ensures that we have the virus in our face 24/7. I'm not saying that's wrong -- it's important to know what's going on in the world. But it is also important to disconnect once in a while to avoid going crazy. Practice self-care when you're feeling especially nervous -- take a bath, meditate, go for a walk, watch a silly movie. Exercise is your friend, as it can help ease your mind. Be safe about where you go to exercise, but a simple walk around the block is a good place to start. Be well, and wishing you the best.

I'm happy to hear that. I think it's perfectly normal to be worried about your pregnancy -- you're bringing new life into the world! Maybe it would help to slow down and appreciate the moment as well. Your body is doing incredible things during this time. I remember reading an article once where they compared extreme marathon runners to pregnant women. Guess who's body was under more stress? The pregnant lady's. Your body is going through a lot of changes, with hormones and everything, so remember to take it slow and practice self-compassion. Take care of yourself. :)

Your fine. You being pregnant may be playing a role alone with your over thinking. Around this time of the year a lot of people get sick, it's just this virus thing is amplifying people thoughts. Your pregnant don't feed your mind with negative thoughts. I had covid19 an it passed me an im fine. If you had it bad enough you would be hospitalized. Your ok.

Think about it, if you had a running nose an cough since February, it can be sinuses, or a long term cold. The coronavirus act fast trust me I no. An if you did have it its gone now. Stop worrying before you give the baby anxiety, lol

I’m sorry you feel that way. I would contact your docter and see what they think ? For most people if they are not pregnant and in good health then there ok. Not to make light of this disease by any means. The three key symptoms are fever, cough shortness of breath. If you experience shortness of breath then that when you need to go to the hospital. Consult with your docter on risk for pregnant woman. The fact you don’t have a fever is a good sign. Since you think had from February your symptoms should have worsened by now If was going to get bad. So I won’t worry. Keep staying safe I know it’s hard. My son is high risk and I have to walk away from a new job in the MICU because I can’t risk it. I was feeling crappy for a month main symptoms were bad headache everyday and occasional chills. Again not sure what I had so as long as shortness of breath doesn’t arrive you should be ok. Please consult with docter and have a action plan for when getting admitted for pregnancy with everything going on. I wish you the best. Just breath and no worries.

The best thing that you can do is get tested and then you’ll know, that will be a big relief. After that you just have to handle being at home, still a big issue but you won’t be so worried about your medical issues
