Zara has struggled with generalized anxiety disorder and emetophobia since she was 8 years old. (Emetophobia is the fear of vomiting.)

Zara gives tips and resources that have helped her to gradually overcome emetophobia and generalized anxiety disorder, so now she can go out with friends to eat at restaurants and she is a lot less stressed while watching movies.
