Do you worry excessively? Does your mind race with “if” thoughts? Do you anticipate awful outcomes and feel the need to think about them repeatedly? ADAA Board Member, Ken Goodman, will explain why people worry, why it triggers physical symptoms of anxiety, and what people can do about it. He will be joined by a former worrier who will share how she gained control of the incessant inner-chatter of her anxious mind.
Please join us for this LIVE webinar and ask questions of ADAA Board Member, Ken Goodman, LCSW, and his guest.
This LIVE webinar with Q&A is one of the few ADAA-hosted webinars that requires a $10 registration fee. This $10 fee helps support ADAA's mental health educational resources.
This is Shnookie. Looks interesting. Need to check out the date. I do question however about using the former worrier. Like shnookie I think this looks interesting. However I didn’t find the discus site easy to navigate and it put me off when I tried unsuccessfully to log in. Would be grateful for some advice please. Also could I pay by PayPal? I am in the UK.
I apologize, our website underwent some updates yesterday and so that may have caused problems. I have sent you a private message with further details regarding our Paypal payments.
