I start county college today. I haven't been in 20 years and I'm having panic attacks. Rationally I know I'll be ok but my mind and body don't agree with wach other. I'm shaking and sweating. I hope I don't do that in class. I'm so scared. This is a big step for me because of my social anxiety and learning disability from ECT but I have great support. Have a wonderful day everyone.

You're very welcome. I also have anxiety and panic every day but I'm learning to use coping skills.

An inspiring tale if there ever was one. Good on you for returning to school to continue shaping your future. The anxiety part sucks. Maybe with the reintroduction to old habits you could form some new ones as well. Routine can be therapeutic. I hope the day finds you well.
