Not anymore, now I have an ex that does not understand. I expect you are currently dealing with a less than understanding partner. All you can do is keep communicating and hope you get through.

The most important thing to do is to heal. Your partner may not be able to understand but as long as you explore your options you may be able to get a better understanding yourself.
