My eyes definitely feel heavy sometimes and like I just cannot focus at all. I feel not there, like I'm in a haze.

Yes same all day long like I've had no sleep like I'm dragging my self along. Very strange symptoms on daily basis all day long I never feel normal. Why is that

I wish I knew why. lol if you ever find out, tell me please! A couple of weeks ago I was experiencing this bad. I was tired, heavy eyes, excessive brain fog, felt lost, absentminded, could not grasp any information. My eyesight even felt off. I was exhausted, but couldn't rest. Could not sit still. I have no idea how I got myself out of that funk. The only thing I did different was make a new play list on my music app, put it on really loud and sang and danced around while I did my daily routines. Eventually I just woke up one day and felt okay.

Have you tried reading? Oh I also started doing puzzles. Maybe those helped my brain pop out of that fog. When you keep your hands busy, you keep your brain busy even if it doesn't feel that way. I have had the brain fog last what felt like forever before. Have you started any new medications or stopped any medications by any chance?

Just making sure nothing else could be causing brain fog, as starting/stopping meds can do this.

I honestly wish I knew how to get out of the brain fog, but it's a mystery. Take it one day at time, don't be too hard on yourself. Try not to stress. Make sure you do something for yourself. A face mask, a bubble bath, manicure, read a good book, light your favorite candle, buy yourself something nice. Self love is important, especially when we're not feeling like ourselves. Make sure you're eating and staying hydrated too.
