My sister is scaring me too. She has dad's temper. I'm just staying here, scared, trying to help but yelled at, paralyzed by anxiety. I'm completely inadequate from severe fear. My sister yelled at me, getting frustrated, wanting to go to a concert dad lost the tikets for, i can't reassure her, she's mad, this morning she poured the milk on herself and yelled "don't stare at me, bring me wipes, I DON'T TALK TO PEOPLE IN THE MORNING!"

i sympathize...can only tell u what i do...but im my age...

i dont and wont carry anyuones drama.......have enough on my plate

i wont be walked on or mistreatee and i train people how i epect

to be treated...

i wont carry anyone who is avting lke clear loons......

i pull back stay away from trouble.....imnot resp for them

Stop trying to help and ignore her. She is just being a drama queen. It is nothing to do with you how she chooses to behave so just let her get on with it. You aren't responsible for her.

Yes. So next time one of your family is being difficult count to 10 first then ignore them. Or just walk away.

I agree sometimes u just have to ignore those who keep hurting u if it's family atleast ignore them for couple days then ask them if they doing ok
