Hey there! I'm not sure if you have insurance or not but I use "Headway" and I found a therapist in my state that I meet off a video call. However, if it were my preference I would prefer to meet in person because I feel you get the full effect. Around my area all the therapists in person are so expensive so I found Headway and with my insurance I only pay $30 a week. 😊
