Your drawing is lovely. I suppose online comedy would be my go- to when down.
Beach walk with dog when l can muster up the energy, also crosswords. Music is a given, but when feeling down comedy first port of call - both stand- up and podcasts
Yoga, listening to good music or podcasts, art. Right now it is weaving. I also draw. Hiking.
i can understand that if you feel stressed or confused you go do something you know well UwU that way there are no surprises to pop out you can relax better

one problem-my parents refuse to let me have a phone...so there is nothing i can download it on
i cant drive and my parents never have time to go to library
I recently started doing masterpiece by numbers. It's a paint by numbers for adults. It has seriously helped me when my anxiety and depression are going crazy. It's soothing to find the numbers you are looking for and painting exactly within the lines is a challenge but it helps keep my mind occupied and its nice to be creating something beautiful. I also watch a lot of true crime shows, or listen to them while painting. I'm not sure why, but they relax me lol.
