Who would like to do a pick me up chAt?
I was reading post about the mornings being hard and recently they have been for myself. I was thinking how nice it may be if we wrote in the morning how we feel and what we will do to wrk on it. The goal is to look forward knowing we are not alone and see how this helps us feel better. I know we are on different times. What are your thoughts? Let’s make a goal to feel better. And if that works then we can do one subject at a time.
