I woke up feeling like I wish I didn't have to get up, and had this existential question on my mind. Like breakfast, I hope the responses help you power through your day.
I had an unfinished non-dairy yogurt and noodles. My meal shows that I'm not wasteful. It's an odd combination, but leftovers end up in my belly and not in the trash. It also shows how much I care about my family and how much they care about me. The yogurt was leftover from a sauce I made for my kids and the noodles were meal prepped by my parents for me and the kids.
What about you?

I usually do a protein drink in the mornings. Helped my high blood pressure get lowered. Other day it was 120/80. Awesome!! Hasn't been that low in a long time.
You’re being frugal as well. I had a small bowl of leftover hash with the potato’s I had picked out of a stew I made. Needed to freeze some of the stew, that’s why I picked out the hundred potato’s. 🤪(I used a big spoon not my fingers 🤮) I had a craving for fat and carbs this morning.
(LadyZen slips on her alien antennas and communicates with her peeps.) I've been informed that you are oh so mysterious and like to turn the tables and shake things up.
Coconut yogurt, blackberries, shredded coconut, little honey and toasted pistachio. I love breakfast. It is truly my most important meal. I like interesting and variety. Definitely not tied to the same breakfast every day. That’s how I like my music and movies too.
It depends... are we talking about 1st breakfast, 2nd breakfast, Elevensies? I eat like a hobbit (my wife says I have food issues!). 1st breakfast is at 7am, usually a pita with turkey sausage, egg white and cheese. 2nd breakfast is a granola or protein bar and several copious handfuls of nuts or trail mix. Elevensies is an apple or banana and more nuts or trail mix. I think what all this reflects about me is that I'm a middle aged guy who has reached an uneasy truce with his metabolism. We've ceased hostilities, but neither one of us is truly happy about the state of things lol.
I never thought about that. I don't have food allergies. I'm impressed how creative you are. Most of the time I would choose peanut butter over chocolate anyways.
