I'm up late just thinking about who would love me with all of my mental issues. I have GAD, severe depression, imposter syndrome, and DV survivor. Sometimes I go through, thoughts of things going wrong and I panic and worry or feel down and it's out of no where. I feel as though if I were to tell them what I struggle with they would leave me. A lot of people don't stick around when you struggling mentally. I think I will never find real love. 😔

Many of us have these relationship issues. So many don't understand what we live with.
I know it seems cliche but it's really true that the one person we need to love the most is ourselves. I've learned that being more comfortable with myself I show much more confidence to the world.
Im so sorry you are feeling so bad. It is hard for people to understand what our normal is if they don’t live it. I’ve been married for over 40 years and he doesn’t get it. But he does love me in spite of it all. If they truly care about you it won’t matter what your mental status is. If they can’t deal with it, it’s best to find out early on. In my opinion anyway.
You are certainly going to find love for you in this forum. That special kind of love in relationship with another person is definitely tricky to find. Loving yourself as Dolphin suggested, is a good starting point. Hugs 🫂 from Australia
