Feeling so freakin 😞

Hello everyone on here. I guess I just wanted to vent a little. I have absolutely positively nothing about myself to feel so sad about. Yet here I am in the park watching my daughter play, and I feel like crying. SAMSON

Depression is such a sneaky mistress and she does not discriminate. I am terrible with my words and I wish there was some comfort I could offer you.

If only the magic word was "stop"! That would be nice..

I’ve been there lots of times (not feeling the greatest right now in fact) but that’s how it goes. Sometimes having nothing to feel depressed about makes it worse because then I feel guilty for feeling bad when life is mostly good.
