It took me many years to realize this gerrerd. Through the worst years of struggling withAnxiety I did feel selfish because I was told over and over again "It's always about you"...

Once I realized the fact that it should be about me. I can't help others if I don't help myself first, I started feeling comfortable in my own body. Great Post my friend. Thank you xx
