Hello everyone,
Just an update on me. I’ve been doing so well for the last 2 weeks. I’ve been working in some delivery services, I’ve been doing some light jogging, and play some video games, which tires me out by the end of the day.
My sleeping schedule is ok not too bad.
Occasionally I do get some Negative thoughts, which I just see come and go. I also feel some anxiety but it is also not as bad.
Attacks are not as intense and don’t last long either. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m busy or because my mind is getting used to it.
Things that have been helping:
1) I tell myself that this is who I am now. I’m gonna live with anxiety & depression for the rest of my life so I have to get used to it. There will be ups and downs.
2) I tell myself that everyone in this earth gets anxious and depressed. (At different levels of course)
3) I tell myself These are just thoughts and nothing else. A lot of people in the world also have thoughts like me or worse.
4) Also one thing I noticed that helped me physically is a cold shower in the morning.
5) I take Ashwagandha before bed, I noticed that I been taking it wrong before. I take it before bed ok an empty stomach and it really calms me down.
6) I take some Magnesium and Vitamin D
4) Work out, even if it’s a walk or running.
5) Eat right
6) Try to keep busy
