Having a hard time right now

I was coping pretty well for a couple of weeks but I am at the end of my rope. My boss is awful. I know a lot of people deal with bad bosses but mine is a bully. Work is so bad that I feel sick every morning before work, put my head down and cry almost daily at work, and feel sick all night thinking about having to go back. I need the insurance and as I am almost retirement age, no one will hire me. I live with my controlling brother and my senile mother. My brother won’t let me do anything to help with mom but then tells people that I am a burden and no help. I can’t afford the copay or time off for therapy and it didn’t help in the past. Medication has never worked for me with bad side effects. Any strategy for helping with my hammer of a boss or for getting a better job is appreciated.
