I am doing alright now i took a shower and my mom calmed me down a girl who bullied me emailed me that’s why i was panicking and having a anxiety attack

I also want to apologize for not responding

What was said, are you ok ?, can I help in any way. A bully is a coward you need to understand that. I can imagine this could be from a Flying Monkey where the person let out something bad about you. that the bully has been spreading and did not think it would get back to you ???
