I didn't back track thru your posts and am just a new person to this group..
I have some of the same issues as you and a long history of tries and fails ups and downs..Anxiety ADD and depression often go hand in hand.. the effects as you may well know are similar and often have similar triggers.
I'm willing to let you vent and share what you'd like.. As the saying goes "We're all in this together.
Stay strong and build on those good days.
