Quarantine Breaking point?

I was feeling alright at the beginning of the pandemic, I was still feeling motivated from March to Mid Sept. I took a trip to Denver in Sept and came back feeling like a different person. I feel like I am loosing interest in things, no longer staying hopeful about future and anxious about losing friends and being lonely.

I am usually a really positive person with positive energy, or try to stay positive, and losing that aspect of myself is making me feel very uncomfortable on a daily basis. I am starting to meditate this week, hopefully that can make me feel better.

Anyone feels the same way?

roifang, by all means Meditation can help immensely. Picture yourself having been climbing up a mountain. Danger in slipping back or falling with each step and yet we persevere knowing that reaching the top is our goal. Once we do reach that goal, the rest will bring us down that mountain until we are safe and sound back home again.

Using visualization in Meditation can help. Find the ones that work for you.

It's going to be okay. We've actually come a long way in a short time. Believe in that :) xx

Thanks so much Agora, I am still hopeful, no matter what circumstance I'm in I try to stay hopeful and that's what keeps me going. I will def stick to meditation! :)

So done with Covid. 😫

Unfortunately Covid is not done with us. 😷😢😬😭😔😏😷💩

But we are stronger than they think and we will endure. 🙏🇺🇸💙😊
