Lately I've noticed that I feel nauseous a lot. Especially in the morning and at night. I feel nervous all the time and don't feel like eating. It takes me forever to eat and It's not even enjoyable to me anymore. Does this happen to anyone else?

Does anyone feel nauseous when anxious?
I also get nauseous when I'm experiencing anxiety, even more so if I feel an attack going on and I almost always end up getting sick. I have found aromatherapy to help some.
aromatherapy? I need to try that!
I too throw up every am. Sometimes when anxiety is badddd I end up in er. Can't stop. Taking showers etc..water,bath held. 1st thing they give me is a dam benedryl!! N zofran. Anti nausea drug.. God 🙏 knows how many times I have suffered with this...it's all stress. After 45 times of blood work, x-rays of belly,etc..knock me out!! They never listen..it's the only thing that helps me off it's that bad. I always go ambulance so u get in;!! I'm sick everyam! Take zofran. It's allll stress. N what are we supposed to do??? I can't say..I'll be there tomorrow to do something, cuz I might be throwing up..I call sick days! They all think I'm crazy!!
I suffer with Vertigo, light-headedness/dizziness. Look up Diaphragmatic breathing (belly breathing) helps with anxiety inducing symptoms.
I find I get this too, Yesterday really thought I was going to faint
I don't get nausea. I get the runs.
Me too every morning, loosing so much weight which is making me feel physically weak as well
Doesn’t get as bad nausea as some but enough to completely want to stop eating which is a big problem. Cause then I’m feeling nauseous BECAUSE I haven’t eaten of course.. I try force feeding myself “easy” food like fruit and veg and usually it eventually feels better and I can get something more substantial. It’s a big problem for me whenever I’m not at home thou (holiday etc) cause things like going to restaurants are no longer a pleasant experience 😕
Oh yes. I get tummy aches and nausea sometimes when anxious, but what helps is for me to eat something. For me, it's sweets. I also find that butterfly tapping helps if I can do it for longer than a few minutes. Also, there is one thing you might do. Put your right hand under your left armpit, and stroke your left arm with your right. It's a self-hug. It helps a lot. It's something that Peter Levine suggests as a way to reregulate your nervous system.
