I was wondering I've noticed a new symptom but idk if it's more then anxiety. I've been noticing later in the day I'm feeling weak and nauseous lightheaded ,almost like when you havent eaten all day kind of feeling. I do eat throughout the day so I know it ain't from lack of food. I do drink water all day so I'm starting to think elsewhere. I hope it's not diabetes..
So these are spells that come on mostly late in the afternoon and they pretty much stick around the rest of the day
Are you on any meds? Maybe they wear off by the afternoon?
What type of foods are you eating? Are you getting enough protein?
It could be anxiety but it's always good to talk to your md. Maybe you need some blood work done.
It is interesting that it occurs at the same time every day. Is something going on in your personal life at this time? Like are you getting ready for work or something?
I hope you can get it straightened out. Must be very draining.
If you must drink ☕️. I would recommend decaf. Lol.
Blood work is good and I was going to suggest that. You could be deficient in a vitamin or something. I felt like this years ago and found I was verging on anemia. x
Yes mam, .. thank you for reminding me 🤣 ur the best
I am a senior citizen now so maybe mine is just age. But increasingly I have no energy and exhaustion with heavy breathing like I ran the marathon. I have blood tests every six months for 30 years. It’s all good. They didn’t find my kidney cancer from blood tests, it was from a CT scan of abdomen,
there is nothing out of whack on blood lab results. So I am scheduled for heart tests tomorrow. Which I have had three times before and no heart problems. So yes I think my anxiety is so bad that it causes this exhaustion. Or fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue or old age.
Whatever it is we do have to keep testing to rule out heart or lung problems.

Keep living and smiling
Sometimes we cant control what life brings we just have to learn to live with it.
The grass is greener on the other side. But enjoy the shaded grass as much as we can
