I am new to this community and getting used to this app, I have been dealing with anxiety/panic attacks since I was very young, lately it has been worse due to all that has been going on (covid, election, failing relationship, job loss etc.) but I have to say, I am so happy this app exists so I can connect with people who may be going through a similar situation and can provide support to one another.

Welcome to the community! This app is surprisingly pretty easy to navigate but might take a bit to get the hang of 😊

I also deal with anxiety/panic attacks along with another mental illness. It’s been a hard time for everyone! Covid, election AND a breakup has caused much stress for me as well lately! I’m glad I’m not the only one.

I hope you can find support and share your support on here with others as well! Glad to have a new member of the community 😊

It’s a lot of fun of this app! I love giving others support because I know I can relate to a lot of other posts on here. Makes me feel less alone with what I’m dealing with!
