I’m struggling with being heartbroken and my depression. I went out for a walk with two of my friends today. We didn’t really talk at all the whole time but it was still nice to be in someone’s company after I’ve been taking a few days to myself.
I can’t shake the feeling that nobody really cares about me and that I’m just being a burden.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad day. Try to do something nice before the day ends. I had a terrible day too and plan on doing some yoga w/ a YouTube video (i like yogawithadriene) before I go to bed.
Tomorrow will be another day, another challenge for us to do better, feel better. Let’s do this together!
Many people love and care about you!!! That's tough to remember when you're feeling depressed. Dance it out of your system and off you'll go into a happier you!!! I studied Dance for years...a creative, terrific self-expression. Helps to change your perception of things that are bothering you.
Watch the movie "Fame" if you can. It's a much older flick with fabulous music, dance, and fun.
I'm so glad to know you're feeling a little better. Take life one moment at a time. It's easier, I find. Today wasn't good but there's always tomorrow. Hoping your Friday will be better, calmer...maybe some happiness will shine through the dark clouds.
Wait, you took a walk with not one but two friends and still think no one cares about you? I think perhaps you're just still hurting. Give yourself more time to grieve the lost relationship. There's no set time limit for grief, and when you add in depression, that can make it take more time. Take care of yourself, try to get some sun and fresh air each day, and try to make yourself take more walks with friends. Prayers for peace and strength.
