My hands are tingly numb and my heart is thumping like crazy my head feels tingly too I'm so sweaty

Wow wow wow I'm the same its awful a just don't no why it comes on like this at times. I'm scared to go to bed it's shit. Because I'm so restless it feels like I need to be moving. I'm sat here rocking to me self. What is this?

Just like u like I'm just going to drop and collapse. Soon as I stand up my heart starts racing my eyes feel funny like everything is miles away a can't stay still but also I can't stand up as i feel unsteady my ears are cracking I feel spaced out like I'm in drink

I’m reading your posts, I was just out of high school when all my anxiety started. It was actually after I smoked pot. I worried every day if I was going to go crazy.. I’m 52 and I don’t think it’s happened. But I still get attacks. I’m so sick of them at times I just say “whatever is going to happen , happen!” I’m on medication. I live a pretty good life. I know it is horrible and nobody gets it!!! I was agoraphobic for years.. I drank alcohol to get out the door. There are still things I avoid. But it has robbed so much of my life!!! Hugs to you guys!!!

Feel stoned sick of the tiredness also a can't switch of iys not normal this feeling I ain't been out in months and I ain't been into town for over 1 year because of it

Hi there . I’m sorry you going through that. I know the feeling. Happened to me a lot especially at bedtime when trying to sleep. Is very tiresome most when is on my legs. I’m on medication and I notice getting up early for a walk and going to bed when I feel very tired had minimized those episodes. Also wrapping my legs in a blanket while happening calm the sensation a bit. Hope this help. Blessings

Anon, you are in "fight or flight" mode when this happens. It's best you

move your muscles by walking or pacing or doing something physical.

It will help release that extra adrenaline. Make sure you hydrate as well. :) xx

Anon, the gagging and burping are coming from you swallowing so much

air because of over breathing. It's your body's way in releasing that extra

air in your stomach. Breathe dear.. Breathe like you do when everything

is okay and you are feeling good. x

You won't it's the hardest thing ever it really is. I don't take medication as I have a fear of that as I have health anxiety. Its a vicious circle its awful everyday

Are you on any new antidepressants? I was taking new medicines that were actually the cause of my anxiety to get worse. My psychiatrist took me off the medicines saying. I was having an adverse reaction to them!

It took several days for all of those symptoms to go away. I had everyone you described! I felt like I was losing my mind! I hope you feel better!

My daughter has suffered with the same anxiety attacks,she has started meditating and is listening to hypnosis on you tube for anxiety , doing this regularly will lower stress hormones Also take a good quality Vitamin B complex daily ,helps nervous system.and practice breathing exercises throughout the day. Sending you healing thoughts x

Hi this is the worst with anxiety :( I had these symptoms for years they are very common unfortunately, breathing exercises really help with them though I promise you try taking a few deep breaths you will feel it instantly calming. Hope you feel better soon
