Anxiety and Depression.

I am new on here. I have been having Bipolar Depression and General anxiety Disorder all my life. I am 71. I have seen several Phys and have taken probably 50 different medications. I am now at a point that I won't even leave my house or talk to anyone. I need to see my Drs. and have an operation. One major problem I have is I go 48 hours without sleep. I would like to talk to someone with similar problems one on one. I ca talk better that way. Thank you.
