You are ok.. i've had to deal with those thoughts and suggestions before. They are not your thoughts. Don't .et them "bully" you. Kick them out! You have a right to enjoy this life. Have you ever looked into CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy)? It helps you control your negative thoughts. Check a short teaching on it by getting onto YouTube. Praying you find some relief today.🙏💗🙂

I have had some success with CBT and also meditation—seeing and feeling the thought, then letting it wash away, before reacting.

Hi dear, the one thing I've learned is that we can't run away from ourselves.

Those inner thoughts follow us anywhere we go. It could be about needing to be

in control of your life and when things happen you can't accept it and may even take

it as a failure. It is not a failure, it is an experience, a learning experience at that.

Overthinking can do nothing but confuse you more. Your mind must be clear and stable

before being able to make a rational decision.

There are many helpful videos on Positive Thinking on YouTube which has always been my go to. Learning about ourselves and the Mind/Body Connection can be a start. You don't want to stay stuck but rather move forward one small step at a time.

As Tara52 stated, don't allow these thoughts to bully you...Kick them to the curb.

A good video to watch is "Self Love Affirmations/Reprogram Your Mind while You Sleep"

by Jessica Heslop My best to you :) xx

I keep recommending this book because my therapist recommended it to me and it has been very helpful for my "overthinking." It is called The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It might not help you but it helps me when I fall into "overthinking." Welcome to the group, and I wish you the best. 🙏

I have such a hard time with overthinking, especially with my relationship. One thing that’s helped is when I start overthinking I kinda pull myself aside and ask myself if I have any proof, like real proof. If not, I try to get past it, or just ask my s/o straight up about it. Most of the time I eventually ask anyway because the reassurance helps and I can remind myself okay no evidence plus my s/o said whatever so I need to calm down. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not but it’s always worth the try!
