Hit my head with my phone

Last night I was literally feeling on the edge, I jus hit my forehead with my smart phone, now I feel very anxious, I think I will die, though it hurts at my forehead very mild, without any symptoms or anything else, will I die?

Will I survive? Can anyone die jus because he hit his forehead with smart phone, is that possible?

No ringing in the ears but my head jolt to the phone makes it ringing all day...

No of course it's not unless the phone was made out of concrete! Is it?

Syedstk profile image
Syedstk in reply tohypercat54

Surely it is not made of concrete but hard gorilla Glass, broke my head

You didn't 'break your head' you hurt it a bit. Your skull is much too thick to be broken by a phone. It would break well before you did.

If any doctor up here tells me I am good, I will be satisfied, I know there is nothing wrong with me but I can't help myself understand this truth...

I am born to feel upset about myself...

There are no medical professionals on this site. See your own doctor if you are so worried.

Hi Syedstk and Welcome to the Support Group :)

I think you are going to be quite alright. Things happen and

that's why they are called accidents. It doesn't have to mean

you are on death's door when something does happen.

I too bumped my head real hard 2days ago. Actually walked into

the corner of the wall. It knocked the wind out of me for a moment,

but I proceeded to put ice on it to reduce any swelling. Today it's a

little sore with a tiny bruise as a reminder. I'm still here my friend.

We will both be okay. Think positive that you will be fine. :) xx

If thinking positive was so easy I would not be asking such type of questions...

Thank u for your reply buddy... Hope both of us get better one day...

Syedstk, thinking positive is not easy, I will agree. As hypercat stated, we are

not doctors but just others who relay what they experienced. We each are responsible

for our own health issues. We offer support and understanding here. Always call

your doctor if you feel you have a more serious condition. I wish you well :) xx

I understand whatever u guys are saying... I agree, hope my sense of understanding things gets better one day...

Hi Syedstk,

I'm a first aider, would that help. You haven't damaged yourself. You said your head hurts only mildly. If you sustained concussion you would have headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea/vomiting.

I am feeling migraine on one side of head, may be because of anxiety ... It even doesn't hurt the area where I hurt my head... I have gerd too and I feel nausea sometimes like today

Also I have cervical problems, my neck is a bit straightening up, that is why I do get headaches sometimes

You won't die from concussion. You would have to sustain a very serious head injury for that to happen.

Thank u bro... Hope for the best :)

I'm not a medic so can't help with your other problems, but migraines are caused by triggers- bright lights, chocolate, caffeine, strong aromas , anything really. Yours was probably caused by the panic and anxiety from your phone to head incident.
