Does anyone know how I can get hooked in with phone therapy?

Do you live in England or the US? Not very familiar with phone therapy in US, but have seen posts about it in England in this venue. Perhaps, if it is an English model, others who live there will be responding shortly. Best wishes in your search.

741-741 is a free crisis text line, but you can text them even if your not in a crisis for some general help. I asked for website and book referrala and got to a website that took me here from them, they are very nice but you can pay for some and have the same person each time and get likely more significant help.

The best thing to do is find out if your insurance company provides this service. Some of them do, it's a fairly new item. They are usually contracted with a service and you would have to pay additionally. If not, there are phone services that you can join.
