I am looking to join a songwriting group online for people who suffer from depression and/or anxiety; ideally led by a music therapist. Can anyone advise?

I actually had a friend who is a music therapist along with being a regular therapist, and I'll tell you....I didn't get it. But I do love music, always found it a way to get lost in the melody and I could often identify with the lyrics...so in that sense....I have always found music therapeutic.
Well I was looking for one but unfortunately I don't think I can afford one right now.
