The Role of Music Therapy in Tinnitus Management Music therapy is an evidence-based intervention that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs. When applied to tinnitus management, music therapy focuses on retraining the brain to process sound differently.

I had a really good couple of weeks after starting to do jaw exercises and listened to some music therapy. Then I had an emotional weekend so have been upset and a bit stressed, followed by loud events at the football and in super cars and the loudness is back to its usual self.
