Well I’ve had a great day, family, friends ect ect won some money at Cheltenham and great food to eat, wow I sound like I’m ok, no I’m going to bed soon and I know that’s when the suffering starts, I’m sure you know what I mean, doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor, happy or sad, if you suffer from anxiety, you suffer,

Glad you had a good day, have you read Dr. Claire Weeks book "Hope & Help 4 your Nerves, she tells us how to overcome anxiety it is great, she has helped millions with her simple talk......Sprinkle 1....I always keep a book in my house, good to fall back on if I get stuck......Love & Hugs.....ex Brit....Sprinkle 1.....

Yeh i agree... i lead a normal life, try to b what my mates and husband thinks are normal but then i go to bed and im left with my head !!!

Books!!!! Read till u cant keep eyes open .

Or i put me headphones on and put a youtube hypnotherapy sleep anxiety site on and it really helps.

It trying to keep urself out of ur own headspace...

Yes, I have had experience with ect. 13 times I went through the procedure. It dropped my IQ by over 20, took away a lot of memories. I don't remember my second grandson being born and stuff like that. It did not do any good. Still fighting the fight. Over 25 medications, plus alternative treatments etc. I do not recommend ect for anybody. I found out after that it is a 50/50 shot as to helping you out. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is next on the agenda and it is definitely not like ect. Hope this helps
