This is my first time posting on a support group. I and so tried i have had 8 operations 4 of them where back surgery they want to do my neck and I said no....i went deaf in both ears to make it harder for me. I am a worker bee that can’t pull my wait anymore. I live in pain all the time and it is not going to go away. I feel sad and hopeless....help please😢

My husband had to have back surgery and went on disability. He wasn't able to move hardly. In a lot of pain. I got a book on massage and, while I couldn't help the spine, I knew I could increase circulation in the cold, stiff muscles alongside the spine. It took a few weeks, but he was finally able to walk outside. Gradually, he became more active and needed pain pills less. It made a dramatic difference for him. Is there someone who can do that for you? Ironically, I have been diagnosed with severe/profound hearing loss. If you need to talk or want to pm me, feel free.
