I sleep during the day and at night I’m concerned because I’m sleeping lots and confused to why I am does anyone else do this

You have got into a bad sleeping regime, it is an easy enough mistake.

Your mind and body expect you to sleep during the hours of dark and be active during the light. If you disregard their need your mental and physical health will suffer.

Replan your regime, live in harmony with nightime and daytime.

Hi Phil. i do that a lot too. it's kinda like building good credit: hard to get right, and super easy to mess up, lol. all it takes for me is one good party or one busy all-nighter and i'm back out of whack for weeks or even months. seems i just naturally tend to be nocturnal. i've also noted that the very best hours (for me at least) to sleep are precisely when it would be reasonable to be getting up, haha. that is from about 5am to 10am is when i get the very best sleep. trying to wake up during those hours is like coming out of a coma. i've just kind of accepted this about myself lately; i schedule anything of importance in the afternoon and avoid making any morning commitments at all. it's weird too that i used to be a morning person. i wouldn't be surprised if the meds have something to do with it, but me and my doc have messed around with the times of day i take them and no matter what i'm just super sleepy in the AM.
