Take a deep breath and think about how you felt when things were not so intense. Yesterday was a bad day for me and I got to be a complete asshole to my nurse practitioner!!! Love-
Goodness Cat! Don’t do that! You won’t feel better and will probably cause more pain and frustration. I have to steer clear of getting pissed off because with me, it never ends well. Let go of your anger so you can see the way to healing and happiness. Anger is useful on occasion, but generally is an unwanted emotion. It doesn’t help, it just hurts me. This compounds my problems. I’m wishing you peace!!

Don't do that- that does not good- instead do something nice for yourself - even if it's sitting in a park somewhere- anything to get a break. You deserve it!
