Do you ever feel like life won't give you a break? I feel like I'm drowning... Since April I have lost my grandmother, strained a tendon in my foot, got in a car accident, suffered from whiplash, struggled to pay for my medical bills and new car expenses, and today while I ways already feeling down while all my friends had the day off and I had to work, I realized I need my tire patched on my car. Life is really dragging me down and I just don't know how to be happy anymore.

I can completely relate. Just when things seem to be looking up, I get blindsided by something else and get knocked right back down. I’m going through a heart wrenching breakup and feel like I’ll never stop crying. All I can say is try to take one day at a time and be patient with yourself. Try to remember the things that brought you joy and surround yourself with it as much as possible. Read positive books, watch funny shows, spend time with friends and snuggle with pets whenever possible. You may not feel it for a while but eventually you will smile and laugh again. Sending hugs ❤️
I start my washing my face or splashing it with water. it helps to remind me I am still here and to ground me. Or stepping outside, changing scenery, I have to when I feel totally trapped and the walls are closing in. Sometimes starting with the physical changes first help with the mental ones.
They were in the finals last year? I hope the Devils do well. They are still rebuilding these past few years. I don’t like the new rules where they can’t rough up the guy trying to screen the goalie. It was more fun when they would hit each other.

At least you aren't a Flyers fan like myself....it's going to be a loooooooong season. You guys are going to have a really good team as Hughes develops. Adding Subban didn't hurt! And congrats to you Blues fans! I was happy for Berube, Maroon, and Schenn as all played (Berube coached) for the Flyers.

Flyers 😡. I miss watching hextall. He made the game interesting.
The Devils were originally the Colorado Rockies hockey team. They were moved to New Jersey. The owner held a vote allowing citizens of the state of New Jersey to pick the new name for the team. Their is a old urban legend called the Jersey Devil. Which holds that a creature lives in the New Jersey pine barrens called the Jersey devil because it resembles a demon. So long story short. People thought it would be funny and bobs your uncle you have the New Jersey devils hockey franchise.
Hi, I can totally relate. I suppose I could list the horrors I've been through, but that would take years. LOL. I suppose my best solution has been to communicate with others. If you'd like to talk via messaging feel free to message me. I can share what's work and not for me. I can also help with suggestions that might help and vice versa. I should not though I don't follow hockey so don't hold that againste me. LOL.
