I have all these above complaints for the last 7 years. I am not able to figure out what i have. Due to inability to concentrate or think, and memory loss,i get frustrated and have failed in big projects in my life . Its already leading to depression and anxiety. I also feel a kind of fogginess, headaches, sleepiness, tiredness all day ,which make me unable to concentrate on my work especially reading a book or doing a task that takes mental energy. Is there anyone suffering from same problem? I need your help guys . Plz reply me back

I struggle with very similar things, it’s very unnerving to not have a solution or to know how to properly deal with things .. it’s been a roadblock in my life, I find myself giving up a lot on things. You’re not alone.
but i feel like helpless now ,i have tried every medicine but nothing has helped so far, what is ur diagnosis ? Any treatment u take? .U can Pm me anytime.
It was always anxiety and depression, but I’m going back to get re-evaluated, none of the meds I ever take help. I understand what your feeling. It’s powerless to not be able to control it. You can talk to me anytime as well. I know there are some times when I truly just need to talk to someone who understands
This sounds just like me. I always struggled at school but I got through it. It got much more noticeable at work the last few years though. I felt so stupid. And it’s worse when I’m stressed but the struggling made me stressed so it was a catch 22. I thought I might be dyslexic. I arranged an adult assessment and I was right. There’s so cure for it but it’s a huge weight off knowing there’s a reason for it. The assessment can also help show your strengths and you can have work place adjustments to help. It may not be the same for you but I certainly think it’s worth looking in to.
I know I always thought that too, but stress/anxiety has a direct effect on the body. I'm struggling everyday with it, but I know the cliche of exercise, meditation, and eating right is working for me in addition to medication. Just keep talking to your doctor to find the right treatment for you. If the doctor doesnt work find another. Lots of luck.
I didn’t think it was either until I was diagnosed. There’s no harm looking in to it if you feel you’ve run out of options and want help. You have explained everything in your post that I suffer with from my Dyslexia (and often my anxiety.) Symptoms don’t always point to 1 answer. I’m unsure if you’re referring to me as harsh but I’m only trying to help from my own struggles and experience.
