Tough Day

One of those days today. Extreme fatigue, followed by a crippling headache. Just awful, yet these physical manifestations brought on by toxic relationships. I am certainly glad to have found this site to share my feelings and receive advice and support and to give aid when I can to others. I wish everyone a happy Good Friday and a blessed Easter.
